The moment Floribama Shore star Kirk Medas tries – and fails – to pull the celebrity card during his arrest in Georgia has been captured on camera.

The MTV reality show cast member was cited for misdemeanor disorderly conduct after a night out in Woodstock earlier this month, TMZ reports. 

In a video of his arrest, Medas tells police: ‘I’m on a TV show by the way.’

The claim fails to register with law enforcement, who handcuff him and eyewitnesses laugh as he is led away.

Medas, who was on Floribama Shore, the Jersey Shore spinoff, is reported to have been told to leave Pure Taqueria bar. 

He is said to have thrown up before police pulled their tasers out. 

In the footage sirens can be heard as Medas shouts out. Police approach him before he is handcuffed. 

DailyMail.com has contacted a representative of Medas for comment. 

Floribama Shore has been on air since 2017 and follows eight party goers in Florida. 

Medas has more than 230,000 followers on Instagram. On Saturday he told his 52,000 Twitter followers: ‘This has been the worst year ever.

‘No need to check up on me. I’m fine. I’m just saying. This year sucks. I’m hurt on so many different things.’

On Friday he said: ‘Still blows my mind how I have the least following out of my cast mates.’
